Students at the BC Provincials

Congratulations to my student Sofia Donnecke for winning her category at the BC Provincials, Sofia has been studying with me for some time now and has become a fine young guitarist. She played “Asturias-Leyenda” by Isaac Albéniz and “Muerte del Angel” by Astor Piazzolla.

Also a congrats to my Junior student Claire who was recommended be could not attend.

      Sofia is 15 years old. She won the intermediate which I believe is 17 and under…not sure on the exact details.

        The Intermediate Class is 15 – 17 years of age, my best friend got runner up.
